2016 marked the start of Shu’s yoga and meditation journey towards discovery and befriending herself. The safe space provided in yoga enabled the harmony of mind and body through moving meditation. With a strong love for the sun and capturing the stories of people through her camera lens, she hopes to share the joy and happiness of life, leaving the people around a little calmer, a little lighter at heart.
