Polestar Pilates Matwork

Kelly loves movement, and simply can’t sit still! She dabbled in various kinds of dances when she was young, before moving on to fitness workouts such as spinning, barre and yoga which she still loves. She was first introduced to Pilates in 2013 and loved how it was challenging, while maintaining a strong focus on body awareness. 
Having received her Pilates certification in Jan 2018, Kelly’s classes consist of an orchestra of her varied experience in different exercises, while retaining the essence of Pilates which is to improve the alignment and mobility of the body. Her nurturing personality rubs off naturally into her classes, which can be easily modified for beginners to more experienced students, while she walks you through every aspect of the movement. 
When she’s not moving around, she’s usually feasting on her (many) favourite foods or planning her next wanderlust adventure.
