Loves exercising & “bending over backwards” during her leisure time. 

Through teaching, Pherenice wishes to help her students become both stronger & flexible and also get to a point of total body awareness with their practice. 

Expect creative sequences & poses to help aid the opening of the muscles & also arm balance poses to strengthen the body during yoga class.
