Kai started her yoga journey in 2016 with an intention to ground oneself from her constant fast-paced city life and to complement her love for cardio sweat fest. She has never looked back since and is now a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance since 2017. She has also attained Basic Sports Science certification with Sports Singapore in 2018.

Kai believes that strength and flexibility do not happen overnight and there are great possibilities that one can achieve through fitness and progression comes with consistent mindful practice of the body and mind.

Since 2017, she shares her practice and workout techniques through group and corporate classes. She has taught group classes such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and yoga for Still Group, corporate yoga for Guavapass and HIIT for Platinum Fitness.
